Softball Fans has made it easy for you to purchase products. You can purchase our items in five ways:

To order by mail, simply place the items you want into your cart, and then print the page. The available shipping methods will be listed at the bottom of the cart. Circle which method you prefer, and send in a money order for the full amount of the order (including shipping). Make sure to include your name, address, and phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions. We will ship your order out generally within one to two business days of receiving your payment.

When will I receive my order?
We ship with UPS almost exclusively so please refer to the map below to determine the number of business days it will take for you to receive your order. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless specifically requested so do not count Saturday or Sunday as a day in the zone chart below.

Placing an Order Online
Online ordering is available 24-hours every day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you!

Follow these three easy steps to order:

1. Choose the product(s) you want to order by placing the item(s) into your shopping cart then indicate the quantity for each.

2. Choose the credit card you want to use (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)

3. Provide a shipping address and phone number for your delivery destination. You can log in and track the status of your order through your personal Order Status page.

Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely! When you use your credit card to shop at Softball Fans, your transaction is secure. Your privacy is protected. Our servers use the most advanced encryption technology that safeguards your personal information.

What types of payments do you accept?
Softball Fans accepts the following forms of payment:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal (sales@softballfans.com) and money order.

All charges will be in United States dollars.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are normally processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped within one business day. All order submitted after business hours on Friday are processed on Monday. Orders received before noon ET are normally shipped that same day but this is NOT guaranteed.

Can I ship an order to an address different than my billing address?
Due to increasing online fraud, shipping to an address different from your billing address requires payment via Paypal or money order. For these orders, simply give us a call (800-672-0822) and we can process it for you.

How do I return an item to Softball Fans?
1. The return must be made within 30 days of receipt. Enclose your original receipt and indicate the reason you are returning it. This information helps us to prevent any future disappointments. The product cannot be used. Return applies only to new items without any use. All bats must be in original packaging. To return an item, click here.

2. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund. Please allow 14 days after our receipt for processing your credit or mailing your refund.

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Does Softball Fans ship outside the United states?
Yes we do and please note the following policy in regards to international packages:

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of destination country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This is amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee. This is NOT a shipping charge placed by us. Please check your country's regulations prior to ordering. We have teamed up with UPS on a discounted brokerage program that only charges a flat $10 brokerage fee for any shipment to a Canadian residential address under $200 CAD. Duties and taxes are still applicable.

Softball Fans is prohibited by some vendors from shipping internationally. When placing your order a customer service representative can notify you on what is and is not available.
