What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item to Softball Fans within 30 days of the purchase date, please follow these steps:

1. Download our return form here.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
3. Enclose a copy of your original sales receipt with a copy of your return form. Be sure to keep the original sales receipt for your records.
4. All products must be returned in new condition with original tags and wrappers, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

Are you an authorized dealer on all product you carry?
Yes, we are an authorized dealer on all manufacturers we offer for sale. Some manufacturers do sell their product without a warranty so please read the details of each item carefully. If the manufacturer does offer a warranty on the product your warranty will be valid if you purchase through us.

Do you have a copy of my receipt for warranty purposes?
Yes, with every purchase at Softball Fans you will receive a receipt of that purchase in your package you receive. If for any reason you misplace that receipt we always have your transaction on file and we can email it to you. Simply contact us and we will get you a copy for your records.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We do. We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses every day and also offer discounts when we can to any and all military personnel. We ship USPS Priority Mail to all APO and FPO orders.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following currently: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, Paypal, Money Order

Can I track my order online?
Yes, you can log in to the "My Account" section at the top of the page to view and track all of your orders with us.

When will I receive my order?
We take pride in shipping orders as expeditiously as possible and being located in the midwest we normally see anyone in the continental U.S. receive their orders in just a few days at the maximum. Can I pick-up my order at your facility?
Yes, you can call ahead to place an order and pick it up at our location here:

Do you accept trade-ins?
We do not accept trade-ins. All of our products are sold new and directly from the manufacturer unless otherwise noted.

Do you charge sales tax?
We do charge sales tax in the state of Michigan which is currently at 6%. Any in store sales for product or items shipped to any Michigan address is subject to the sales tax rules.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We do ship internationally every day. If you live outside the United States it is no problem for us to get you taken care of. Some vendors prohibit international sales but the vendors we carry that have no such restriction can be shipped immediately like any domestic order. If you have any questions on an international order contact us for details.
