well got there kinda late so didn't pick up any games. Played my 2. First game stunk it up. Second game much better. Hopefully I got it out of my system. Be in CS/Bryan in a few hours.


Wanted to work out but still can't seem to kick this cold. Got worse from last night. Had protein shake, banana, and oj. Gonna have steak, spinach, shrooms, and veggie soup.

Got down to CS had buffalo tenders, fries, beer and more beers.

Protein shake, granola bar, banana and a game. We lost to a crappy team. Had a burrito for lunch and watched a few games with txbullets.

Chilled at the hotel room, had another shake, banana and granola bar. Then got hungry had 2 Mcd's double cheeseburgers. Went to the park to win the next game. Crashed.

Woke up and pro, ba, and gran. I absolutely stunk it up again. Just want to put that behind me. I was really pissed at myself after the game and didn't want to leave until I made my peace and said bye to everyone. Got in town pretty quick and got picked up by a limo and headed to the casino. Had the buffet and now I'm gonna own this bathroom for the rest of the day.

WTF Picked up by a limo and headed to the casino. Isn't the nearest one like 2 hours away. I am so confused!!!! And why didn't I get an invite? I could have used it after this weekend!!!!!

Jason didn't know I was gonna make it back in town soon enough. Pick up was at noon. I'm at Lauberge. Slept the whole way. I bring you back something. Hey let's go hit Monday or Tuesday that is if you're not fishing.

I am down. I have to work for my dad in the morning but not sure if I will be woking all day. I will let you know tomorrow. we will definantly get out one of those two days weather permitting. Wait what are you doing on SBF if you are at the casino. Go win some money play PIE GOW.

aaaaaaahhhhhh.... just got a deep tissue massage. no happy ending. anyways chillin in the suite and watching football. Gonna go find the bar and pound a few. I suck at gambling. I was looking for a sports betting place but not legal in Louisiana.

at the buffet, salad, shrimp creole, fried shrimp, crawfish etoufee, and snow crab legs. massage, 3 shots of gentleman jack, 3 beers, chinese noodles with beef and broccoli, a glass of merlot, hip thrusts and sleepy time.

western omlet with wheat toast, small oj. ham, crackers, gouda, cheddar, and swiss cheese. big bowl of chili.

protein shake, granola bar, banana. bp, agility/core training (thanks txbullets for coming out). banana and I'm starving but can't decide on what to eat.

Had trouble fielding the ball on Sportsmans at BLD. The sky was overcast and at one point twighlight and balls were green. Misjudged one high in the sky that landed on the warning track. Ran up on it cause it looked like a pop fly in front of me. Finally sat on another ball hit similarly and caught it. Then mishandled a low line drive. Couldn't pick it up well and tipped the pinky part of the glove. Really couldn't judge it well against the grey sky. Could see the ball clearly once the day turned to night and didn't have any problems fielding. This is one field that I have to make special note with conditions if I want to play up to par.

Laces on the heel of my glove busted about a month ago. Bought another glove to break in but it hasn't broken in yet. So I'm still playing with a busted glove. It's loose and sometimes hard to control. Just bought a used glove so hopefully it'll be good enough to use for about a month while it's getting cleaned, reconditioned, and relaced professionally.

Last Saturday's Tournament hitting:

Started off slow, 3 outs and a walk for the first game.

Second game, hit a solo accidentally. May have made one or two more out.

Took lunch and 3rd game had 3 hits and a walk. Seeing the ball better and putting it close to where I wanted.

Next game went 3 for 4 with solid line drives in the gap. Same with the 5th and 6th game.

Moved to lead off batter. Got called out on strikes on a pitch that didn't get 2 feet off the ground. Pitcher was good and the umpire was giving him way too much. Next at bat the score was close and the bases were loaded with 2 outs. Got a meat pitch and pulled it a tad too much and popped it up deep left field. Should've waited on it just a tad hammered it over centerfield wall. That's the at bat that I want back and it's one of the most pivotal at bats of the tournament. I want to get back to hitting clutch again. My head's clear and know what I need to do to get it done next time.

everyday I'm either hitting the weights or hitting bp with core/agility mixed in. Got league on Thursday nights and most of the time tournaments on Saturdays and leaving Sunday to recovery. My diet is pretty good. I alternate every meal with a protein shake or a decent plate of food. So far feeling pretty good except on Sundays when I can barely moob. I wonder how I would feel if I didn't eat well, stretch before and after games and/or didn't workout.

Nov 20 my measurements were:

Chest 42
Arms 14.5 R 15.25 L
Waist 39
Hips 41.5
thighs 25.75 R 25.25 L

thats some serious bidness here. I'm still a little tight from Saturday. I guess all the no exercise, no bp, not eating right stuff doesn't help lol. Maybe I'll read this and it will rub off a bit
