Dont be afraid to go to the gym if you cant lift as much... It's like cleaning up before the maid gets to your house to clean. You go to the gym to get better, stronger, and healthier, everyone knows that and no one should make fun of you for being at the gym, and if they do well you're a better person than them.

Why go to the gym? At the gym I feel like I can do more, and I feel a lot better because I can get a spot if I need one and try to push myself harder without being found dead two days later.

good point. Not there yet however to start pushing myself really hard. Gym bunnies are an added incentive.

So I'm on my way to the park. The traffic really sucks ass. I get hungry and drink the protein shake that I thought I would have after a couple games on the way there. What normally take 20 minutes took 45 minutes. I arrive late. Do some fast stretching. Ground into a double play. Tipped a ball in RF cause I was using a new glove. Hit next AB. Fouled out cause I had a brainfart. Next game pick up with some of the guys from Team Fury. Bases loaded, actually I didn't notice until I hit it out. Felt good. First granny this year and in a month of playing. Rest of the night goes fairly well. Got in 4 games. Could've done 5 but I was starving. Huge props to one of the Fury guys that caught ball running into the fence. Knee swelled up like a basketball, bleeding and turned black and blue immediately.

At home did some stretching, dunked in the cold pool and then had some chicken fajitas before I crashed. Woke up really tired and sore. OJ, banana, and protein shake. Hit BP with some of the Fidelity Medical guys. They can mash. Found out that most if not all tournament are Utrip. No more ASA bats. Went to the supp store bought a pro shake, 9 lbs of protein powder and some multis. Been sick for most of the day. Came home. GF had some chik fila. It was good. Gonna chill and get some rest and hopefully be in good shape to play tomorrow morning.

Forgot to add went to the gym store and bought a foam roller. Got on the scale for the first time in a long time. 217lbs I thought I'd be near or under 200.

I've gotta say, that the scale can be your enemy. I've stepped on the scale everyday, and I think it's having a negative effect. I'm expected huge changes, but I'm not getting them so I'm coming back with a negative feeling towards it which I believe is not helping me lose weight. However check your measurements and then take it from those measurements. I went down a belt knotch since I started my transformation.

Rarely weight yourself. Who cares how much you weigh in the long run, it's all about how you feel/look isn't it?

I just haven't worked out in so long I thought I'd be lighter but really I don't care about the weight. I'm more concerned with the way the clothes fit, mirror, tape measure, and fat percentage.
