I thought Butler said he made sure these would never look like any other bat so they couldn't be converted? IE, Metal knob, etc.

It doesn't look like a Mayhem anymore. Back to a sluggo w/ASA knob

Knobs are like end caps. Take one off and put on another.

Sry...... Mr. Butler. The Sluggo does have a diff barrel shape then anything else out there. But once in play its hard to tell. Maybe after the ball goes 400 plus.
